As part of our ongoing development and investment Optica Security Systems are now fully automated. Our Alarm Master Data Management software has been rolled out to all engineers handsets. The new software will allow receipt of Calls and Maintenance's speeding up our response times for clients. As part of our ongoing commitment to adapt and improve we have recently updated our telephone systems to a fully IP internet based system with dual Broadband lines for full back up. The systems are now digital providing enhanced speech and lots of high tech applications.
